Project Representatives

Payment and Compensation

  1. Payment Terms
    • You’ll pay us based on the price and terms in your project agreement.
    • Invoices will be sent upon project completion unless stated otherwise.
    • Payment is due immediately upon receiving the invoice, and all payments must be in U.S. dollars.
  2. Taxes
    You’re responsible for all taxes, fees, or tariffs related to the project, except for our income taxes.
  3. Late Payments
    • Payments not made within 30 days may incur a 1.5% late fee per month (or the highest rate allowed by law).
    • If payment isn’t received, we may pause or cancel the project with 10 days’ written notice.
    • You’re responsible for any collection costs, including legal fees
  4. Payment Methods
    Payments can be made via ACH or wire transfer. For self-service projects, payment must be made via ACH without an invoice.
